At the 22nd Congress of the Croatian Ophthalmological and Optometric Society, Dr. Kristina Lončarić presented results from a randomized study comparing the prescription accuracy and efficiency of anti-glaucoma medications using the "Terapija/Therapy" tool versus current clinical practices. dr. Kristina Lončarić at the Congress The study involved 58 ophthalmologists from across Croatia, including 43 specialists and 15 residents, randomly assigned to two groups with comparable clinical experience in glaucoma patient care. Both groups completed an online form featuring 10 patient case descriptions. They could use any resources typically available in their practice (books, internet, etc.) when selecting therapies. However, Group 1 was required to use the "Terapija/Therapy" tool on Glaukom.hr, while Group 2 was not permitted to use it.
